The processing method comprises the steps of taking Chinese wampee leaves and Chinese wampee fruits as raw materials for the first time to prepare the mixed fermented wine, and mainly solves the key problems of juice preparation, enzyme treatment, separate fermentation of the Chinese wampee leaves and the Chinese wampee fruits in the early stage, mixed fermentation of the Chinese wampee leaves and the Chinese wampee fruits in the later stage, filtering and the like. The whole process has no high-temperature treatment, so that the flavor substances and active ingredients in the Chinese wampee leaves and Chinese wampee fruits are not damaged on the basis of ensuring the quality of the fermented wine.
