abstract | The invention belongs to the field of optical cement, and particularly relates to an OCA optical cement and an OCA optical cement film. The OCA optical cement provided by the invention comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-40 parts of saturated polyacrylate containing crosslinkable groups; 20-40 parts of an unsaturated bond-containing oligomer; 20-40 parts of a diluent; 0.5-5 parts of a photoinitiator; 0.1-2 parts of a crosslinking agent. According to the invention, the optical cement with excellent performance is obtained by optimally selecting the components of the optical cement, the OCA optical cement has excellent coating wettability, and shrinkage cavities can not appear when the OCA optical cement is coated on a substrate; the OCA optical adhesive film prepared from the optical adhesive has high viscosity, adhesive residue is not easy to occur on a bonding display material, and the adhesive film has good stripping performance. The invention also provides an OCA optical adhesive film which is formed by coating and curing the OCA optical adhesive and has higher viscosity and better stripping property. |
