titleOfInvention A kind of poly-ε-lysine modified chitosan and its preparation method
abstract The invention discloses a poly-ε-lysine modified chitosan and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) dissolving the chitosan into an MES buffer solution with a pH of 4.5-5.0 to form a shell Glycan solution; dissolve poly‑ε‑lysine, N‑hydroxysuccinimide and 1‑(3‑dimethylaminopropyl)‑3‑ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride in 2‑(N -morpholino) ethanesulfonic acid (MES) buffer solution, obtain poly-ε-lysine activation solution; 2) poly-ε-lysine activation solution is added in chitosan solution, at 0~35 Reaction at ℃ for 6 to 48 hours; 3) adding hydroxylamine hydrochloride to the reaction solution in step 2) to terminate the reaction; 4) filtering the reaction solution, and then dialysis with water to obtain a poly-ε-lysine modified chitosan solution; 5 ) and dry to obtain poly-ε-lysine modified chitosan. The poly‑ε‑lysine modified chitosan has good antibacterial properties and high biological safety.
