titleOfInvention A kind of processing method of Ganoderma lucidum fruiting body
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of biological extraction, in particular to a method for processing ganoderma lucidum fruiting bodies. The processing method provided by the present invention comprises the following steps: a) placing the harvested fresh ganoderma in an incubator at 30-70°C for 30min-6h to obtain pre-treated fresh ganoderma; b) performing the pre-treated fresh ganoderma Dehydration, to obtain dry Ganoderma lucidum. The invention introduces a high-temperature stress treatment after the ganoderma is harvested and before drying, so as to increase the polysaccharide content of the ganoderma at a physiological level. The technology has the advantages of simple process and significantly increased polysaccharide content in the ganoderma lucidum. Experimental results show that compared with ganoderma that has not been cultured at 30-70°C, when polysaccharides are extracted from ganoderma treated by the method provided by the invention, the yield of polysaccharides can be increased by more than 25%.
