titleOfInvention Method for preparing abamectin B2 embedded granules by complex coacervation method and obtained product
abstract The invention provides a method for preparing abamectin B2 embedded granules by a complex coacervation method, which comprises the following steps: 1) preparing an oil phase: dissolving the abamectin B2 technical product in an organic solvent, and adding an emulsifier to dissolve uniformly to form an oil phase; 2) preparation of an aqueous phase: preparing a high molecular polymer into an aqueous solution, and 3) preparing a crosslinking phase: dissolving the high-molecular polymer with positive charge and the cross-linking agent in water to prepare a cross-linked phase, and 4) mixing: slowly adding the oil phase into the water phase for emulsification, dropwise adding the obtained emulsion into the cross-linked phase, and continuously stirring for cross-linking after the dropwise adding is finished; filtering to obtain the product. The abamectin B2 chitosan and high molecular polymer embedded granules are a new sustained-release formulation, are applied by mixing with soil at the roots of plants, have long lasting period, can reduce the application times, improve the utilization rate of pesticides and reduce the application amount of the pesticides and the labor cost; the carriers are all biodegradable materials, and have no adverse effect on soil.
