titleOfInvention Perovskite solar cells with double passivation layer structure
abstract The invention relates to a new perovskite solar cell device structure and a method for preparing a perovskite thin film with a special structure. The method of phase separation is used to in situ precipitate an insulating phase with passivation properties on the upper and lower surfaces of the perovskite thin film , while passivating the surface and grain boundary defect states, it realizes the tunneling of photogenerated carriers at the two interfaces, reduces the energy loss at the interface, improves the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the device, and the efficiency reaches more than 20%. In addition, due to the protective effect of the insulating layer, the stability of the device is improved. In the case of unpackaged, the photoelectric conversion efficiency decays less than 5% after 1000 hours of continuous light, which is far superior to other structural battery devices.
