titleOfInvention Method for preparing pure inorganic perovskite film with assistance of polyethylene glycol
abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing a pure inorganic perovskite film with the assistance of polyethylene glycol, which comprises the following steps: mixing a polyethylene glycol solution with a solution containing lead bromide and cesium bromide, and stirring at room temperature to obtain a mixed solution; then spin-coating the mixed solution and then carrying out heat treatment to obtain a pure inorganic perovskite film; or taking a polyethylene glycol solution as a solvent, directly dissolving lead bromide and cesium bromide, and stirring at room temperature to obtain a mixed solution; and then spin-coating the mixed solution and then carrying out heat treatment to obtain the pure inorganic perovskite film. The preparation process disclosed by the invention is simple, the product can be obtained by only one-step spin coating and heat treatment, and the industrial production is facilitated. The pure inorganic perovskite film prepared by the method has a compact and flat surface, the quantum efficiency is nearly 3 times that of the pure inorganic perovskite film without polyethylene glycol, and the pure inorganic perovskite film can be widely applied to solar cells, lasers and LEDs.
