titleOfInvention Electrode structure for aluminum electrolytic capacitor and aluminum electrolytic capacitor
abstract The present invention provides an electrode structure for an aluminum electrolytic capacitor containing a high capacity and a method for producing the same. After the coating containing organic oxide (aluminum powder and aluminum alloy powder and valve metal), organic binder and organic solvent is formed on the aluminum substrate, the sintered layer is formed by drying, heating and sintering process, and then the reduction heating process is carried out. After that, positive electrode oxidation can be carried out to manufacture an electrode structure which can be applied to a high-capacity positive electrode and a negative foil for aluminum electrolytic capacitors.
