abstract | The invention discloses an experimental device for verifying the effect of a glass defoaming agent, which comprises a high-temperature experimental furnace, a defoaming agent injection system, a gas component detection system and a gas injection system, wherein the high-temperature experimental furnace comprises a furnace body with a cavity, a heating rod positioned in the furnace body, a sample melting supporting device positioned in the cavity of the furnace body and used for placing a sample melt, and a monitoring device used for monitoring the state of the sample melt, wherein a gas flow pipe and a defoaming liquid inlet pipe are arranged on the furnace body; the defoaming agent injection system is connected with a defoaming liquid inlet pipe so as to inject the composite defoaming agent into the molten sample, and the gas component detection system and the gas injection system are both connected with a gas flow pipe. The experimental device for verifying the effect of the glass defoaming agent provided by the invention realizes small-dose glass sample melting in a laboratory and relevant parameter monitoring so as to screen out appropriate composite defoaming agent use parameters. |
