titleOfInvention Porcine chromosome 12 SNP (single nucleotide polymorphism) marker related to litter size of Erhualian pigs and detection method
abstract The invention relates to a porcine chromosome 12 SNP marker related to the litter size of Erhualian pigs and a detection method thereof. The SNP marker is positioned on the nucleotide sequence of a paired ribosomal protein kinase RPS6KB1 gene on a No. 12 chromosome of a pig, the site of the SNP marker is the g.37433196 nucleotide site on the No. 12 chromosome of a reference sequence of the International pig genome version 10.2, and the SNP marker has G/C polymorphism, and the SNP marker is obviously related to the total litter size of a clitocybe farina and the litter size of a litter. A primer pair for detecting the SNP marker, wherein an upstream primer is as follows: SEQ ID NO: 2, the downstream primer is: SEQ ID NO: 3. the SNP marker provided by the invention is related to farrowing performance of the Erhualian sow, a high-yield Erhualian sow strain can be produced by identifying the SNP marker, and the obtained high-yield Erhualian sow strain has important economic benefit and social value.
