abstract | The invention provides a mixed drug-loaded micelle based on polyphosphate ester, a preparation method thereof and an active targeting group modified mixed drug-loaded micelle. The invention relates to a composite micelle which is composed of polyphosphate ester-polylactic acid two-block copolymer and polyethylene glycol-polylactic acid two-block copolymer, and the composite micelle with the same polylactic acid hydrophobic core and different hydrophilic shells is formed by the hydrophobic interaction force between polylactic acid blocks. The mixed drug-loaded micelle provided by the invention has good hydrophilicity and stability, is easy to perform targeted modification, has the effects of long circulation in vivo and promoting endocytosis of target cells and release of intracellular drugs, and can achieve the dual effects of passive targeting and active targeting, thereby further improving the treatment effect of tumors. |
