The invention can be used for quickly and conveniently detecting sdLDL-C in a serum sample. The reagent formula is simple and easy to prepare, the cost is low, the reagent can be industrially prepared in a large scale, and meanwhile, the kit can be used for efficiently, accurately and specifically detecting small, dense and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in a sample.
