abstract The invention provides a method for applying Pickering emulsion immobilized enzyme to fixed bed continuous reaction. The method takes nano silicon oxide modified by dichlorodimethylsilane as an emulsion stabilizer, takes ionic liquid added with an enzyme catalyst as a disperse phase and takes an organic solvent as a continuous phase, and the high-speed stirring is carried out to form the Oil-in-Oil ionic liquid (IL/Oil) type Pickering emulsion. The Pickering emulsion immobilized with the enzyme catalyst is loaded into a fixed bed reactor, reactant solution is conveyed from the upper end of the reactor through a constant flow pump, and after flowing through a catalyst bed layer, a product flows out from the bottom of the reactor. The method has mild conditions, is simple and easy to implement, can effectively improve the catalytic efficiency of the enzyme, realizes the recycling and continuous operation of the enzyme, and is easy for large-scale production.
