abstract |
The invention provides an eggplant cytochrome P450 gene StCYP84A and its obtaining method and application. The gene has the nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID NO.1; the method for obtaining the gene comprises the following steps: 1) extracting total RNA and genomic DNA from eggplant samples; 2) reverse-transcribing the RNA extracted in step 1) into cDNA was used as a template, and specific primers were designed for RACE-PCR amplification; the PCR product obtained in step 2) was recovered, sequenced and sequenced. The eggplant cytochrome P450 gene StCYP84A and its encoded related proteins can be used to resist Verticillium wilt, and can be further applied to the fields of plant molecular marker assisted breeding and genetic engineering to improve hereditary traits. The gene of the invention is of great significance for cultivating stress-resistant varieties of plants, especially eggplant varieties resistant to Verticillium wilt and improving crop yield and quality. |
