titleOfInvention | Preparation method of sandalwood essential oil spherical microcapsules |
abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of sandalwood essential oil microcapsules, which comprises the following steps: preparing a sandalwood essential oil alcohol solution and a beta-cyclodextrin solution, adding the sandalwood essential oil alcohol solution into the beta-cyclodextrin solution, keeping the water bath heating and stirring at 54-57 ℃ in the adding process, stopping heating after finishing dripping, continuously stirring for 3-4h, standing at 3-5 ℃ overnight to obtain a mixed solution, filtering and recovering to obtain a precipitate, and drying in a vacuum drying oven to obtain the sandalwood essential oil microcapsule. According to the invention, the sandalwood essential oil is microencapsulated by a proper method, so that the sandalwood essential oil can be stored for a long time in the transportation and storage processes, the oxidation loss caused by exposure to light and oxygen is avoided, the liquid essential oil can be converted into the solid essential oil, the sandalwood essential oil is convenient to carry and use, and the slow release performance of the sandalwood fragrance component is improved. |
