The present invention adopts the steps of crystallizing and calcining the mixture formed by silicon source, aluminum source, alkali source, templating agent and water to obtain ZSM-22 molecular sieve; wherein, the alkali source does not contain K + ; in the mixture , the molar ratio of the silicon source in terms of SiO 2 , the aluminum source in terms of Al 2 O 3 , the alkali source in terms of OH , the template agent and water is 1:(0.001~0.05):(0.001~0.3):( 0.04~0.4): (5~30), and the technical scheme that the molar ratio of Na + and template agent is (0.15~1.5): 1 solves the problem well, and can be used in the industrial production of ZSM-22 molecular sieves .
