abstract | The invention relates to a seasoning, which comprises edible oil, wherein the edible oil comprises medium-chain fatty acid, omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acid, omega 6 polyunsaturated fatty acid and soybean lecithin; wherein the weight ratio of the omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acid to the omega 6 polyunsaturated fatty acid is 1: 0.1-3.4. The preparation method comprises adding soybean phospholipid into medium-chain fatty acid, stirring, and dissolving to obtain mixture of soybean phospholipid and medium-chain fatty acid; heating the mixture to 60-100 deg.C, adding flavoring and spice, parching, adding beans and meat, parching at 100-150 deg.C for 0.1-2 hr, parching, and cooling; cooling to 25-40 deg.C, adding oil containing omega 3 and omega 6, and stirring. The seasoning can obviously improve abnormal sugar and fat metabolism of diabetes and can prevent hypertension. The seasoning also has good anti-inflammatory effect and the effect of preventing chronic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, neuropsychiatric diseases and the like, and simultaneously provides a safe energy source and essential unsaturated fatty acid for human bodies. |
