The invention discloses a high-performance catalyst for preparing 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene by alkylation of 2-methylnaphthalene, a preparation method and application thereof. Aiming at the problem that existing catalysts cannot simultaneously have high activity and high 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene selectivity, the present invention adopts ultrafine nanometer CuHZSM-5 as a catalyst, and the catalyst grain size is between 10-100nm, which has excellent diffusion performance. When the ultrafine nanometer CuHZSM-5 prepared in the present invention is used for 2-methylnaphthalene and methanol or/and dimethyl ether alkylation to prepare 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene reaction, it has higher catalytic activity and 2, 6-DMN selectivity, but also has strong anti-carbon performance. |
