abstract |
The present invention is a test kit and method for detecting PIK3CA gene mutation in plasma free DNA. The kit contains a specific primer pair and a high-temperature-resistant restriction endonuclease; the specific primer includes a sequence such as SEQ ID NO. The sense primer shown in 1 and the antisense primer whose sequence is shown in SEQ ID NO.2; the high temperature resistant restriction endonuclease TspRI endonuclease.
