titleOfInvention | Method for screening disease-resistant genes by using tomato spotted wilt virus NSm genes |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for screening disease-resistant genes by using tomato spotted wilt virus NSm genes, belonging to the technical field of plant gene cloning. The nucleotide sequence of the NSm gene is shown in SEQ ID No. 1. The candidate disease-resistant gene is identified by constructing a plant expression vector of the NSm gene, transforming agrobacterium, co-infiltrating Nicotiana benthamiana with the candidate disease-resistant gene and observing whether leaves of Nicotiana benthamiana generate the character of allergic necrosis. The method can rapidly and high-flux identify the disease-resistant gene, and shows that the method for screening the plant disease-resistant gene developed based on the gene has very important application value. |
