titleOfInvention | A new method for preparing tissue-engineered skin |
abstract | The invention discloses a novel tissue engineering skin preparation method. The method of the invention uses the combined culture of the amniotic membrane decellularized scaffold and the mesenchymal stem cells as the carrier, inoculates the keratinocytes, and uses the serum-free culture system to culture to obtain a complete tissue engineering skin patch. Through the above method, the present invention can cultivate a complete skin patch, which can be used for skin scar repair and vitiligo treatment. The keratinocytes of the present invention are derived from autologous skin or neonatal foreskin. The carrier used in the method of the present invention has low immunogenicity and biological activity, and the serum-free culture system realizes the serum-free culture and expansion of keratinocytes in vitro, and will not cause adverse effects on cell growth, proliferation, cell morphology, activity and function. On the contrary, it plays an improving role. The skin membrane obtained by adopting the method of the present invention is close to natural skin. After skin grafting culture, it can be used for scar repair of damaged skin such as burns and scalds, and can also be used for skin diseases, such as Treatment of vitiligo etc. |
