abstract |
The present invention relates to systems and methods for designing fuel feedstocks from waste material preparation processes. In particular, the present invention relates to methods of extracting material from municipal solid waste. This application describes systems and methods for designing fuels from solid waste material preparation processes. In some embodiments, the method includes receiving a waste stream at a multi-material processing platform, separating the waste stream to remove non-processable waste and saleable recyclables. The method further includes transporting the treatable material to a material sorting system and adding additives to engineer the fuel from the component preparation process of the waste stream. |
