The present invention relates to an olefin oligomerization method, comprising: i) injecting olefin monomer and solvent into a continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR); ii) injecting an oligomerization catalyst system comprising a ligand compound, a transition metal compound and a cocatalyst into a continuous stirred tank reactor; and iii) carrying out a multimerization reaction of olefin monomer, wherein the flow rate ratio of olefin monomer and solvent is from 1:1 to 2:1. In the olefin oligomerization method according to the present invention, high linear α-olefin selectivity can be obtained even with a small amount of solvent by controlling the reaction conditions during the olefin multimerization reaction of the continuous reaction using the continuous stirred tank reactor. |
