titleOfInvention | 1, 2-position symmetrical squaraine dye probe based on benzothiazole, and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention belongs to the field of chemical analysis and test, and particularly relates to a benzothiazole-based 1, 2-position symmetrical squaraine dye probe and a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps of heating and refluxing a mixture of 2-methylbenzothiazole and 1-iodobutane under a nitrogen atmosphere, carrying out reflux reaction on a product and an ethanol solution of triethylamine and 3, 4-diethoxy-3-cyclobutene-1, 2-dione, and carrying out suction filtration and separation to obtain a final product. The near-infrared squaraine compound obtained by the invention has excellent optical performance and ion selectivity, and is beneficial to detection of copper ions and iron ions. |
