abstract | The invention relates to a high flux antipollution polyamide composite reverse osmosis membrane and a preparation method thereof, the reverse osmosis membrane is composed of an aromatic polyamide composite reverse osmosis membrane and a hydrophilic layer of which the surface active acyl chloride group reacts with amino in an amino-terminated polyhydroxy compound for dehydration condensation, the water flux of the reverse osmosis membrane is improved by 13 to 30 percent compared with that of the original aromatic polyamide composite reverse osmosis membrane, and the recovery rate of the water flux of the reverse osmosis membrane after the first bovine serum albumin pollution cleaning is 88.5 to 92.4 percent of that of the original uncontaminated membrane; the recovery rate of the water flux after the first dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide polluted cleaning is 90.3-93.5% of the water flux of the initial uncontaminated membrane. The reverse osmosis membrane has the characteristics of good separation performance, pollution resistance, high water flux, easiness in cleaning and the like, and is simple in preparation method and easy to operate. |
