titleOfInvention Irradiation crosslinking hemostatic gel material and preparation method thereof
abstract An irradiation crosslinking hemostatic gel material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 5-25 parts of nano-scale chitosan, 5-20 parts of 3, 6-carboxymethyl chitosan, 4-25 parts of konjac glucomannan quaternary ammonium salt and 2-10 parts of surfactant, wherein in preparation, the nano-scale chitosan, the 3, 6-carboxymethyl chitosan, the konjac glucomannan quaternary ammonium salt and distilled water are mixed to prepare solution A, the polyvinyl alcohol, the surfactant and the distilled water are mixed to prepare solution B, the solution A and the solution B are mixed and then are subjected to irradiation crosslinking, and finally, the uncrosslinked monomer is removed. The gel material has excellent hemostatic and bacteriostatic performance.
