titleOfInvention Molecular beacon probe, primer pair and detection method for SNPs sites of GC genes
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of gene detection, and particularly relates to a molecular beacon probe, a primer pair and a GC gene SNPs site detection method. The molecular beacon probe comprises an upstream sequence, a core sequence and a downstream sequence which are connected in sequence, wherein the core sequence is as follows: 5 '- [ G/T ] GCCACACCCA [ A/C ] -3' or 5 '- [ G/T ] TGGGTGTGGC [ A/C ] -3', the upstream and downstream sequences each comprising: at least three bases that complementarily pair with the GC gene or at least two C or G bases that complementarily pair with the GC gene; the length of the molecular beacon probe is 25-35bp, the Tm value is 62-65 ℃, and the 5 'end and the 3' end are respectively marked by a fluorescence reporter group and a fluorescence quencher group. The molecular beacon probe can cover two SNPs sites of a GC gene, can realize the analysis of GC gene polymorphic sites of a large number of samples, and greatly reduces the detection cost and the analysis difficulty.
