The prepared eluent has low cost and stable performance, can store DNA/RNA, and realizes the elution of a swab sample and the storage and transportation at normal temperature: and the method can inactivate pathogens, has the inactivation effect of samples, can greatly reduce the risk of laboratory exposure infection, and does not influence subsequent nucleic acid extraction because guanidine isothiocyanate used in eluent is a common chemical component for nucleic acid extraction. |
