abstract The invention discloses linezolid hapten derivatives and corresponding complete antigens and their application in linezolid antibody preparation and immunoassay detection. The structure of the linezolid hapten is shown in Formula 2, and the structure of the complete antigen is shown in Formula 3. The invention also discloses an anti-linezolid monoclonal antibody prepared by using the complete antigen, a hybridoma cell producing the monoclonal antibody, a detection card and a detection kit for detecting linezolid. The invention discloses an ELISA method and a fluorescence immunochromatography method for detecting linezolid, wherein the fluorescence immunochromatography has simple operation, short detection time, low cost, high specificity and good repeatability.
