abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a braided tube reinforced polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber membrane, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing S-twisted multi-filament yarns by polyvinylidene fluoride filaments and PET filaments in an S-twisted mode, twisting the S-twisted multi-filament yarns into bundles, and then weaving the bundles into a hollow braided tube, wherein the polyvinylidene fluoride filaments exposed on the surface of the hollow braided tube are in a punctiform and uniform distribution; (2) dissolving polyvinylidene fluoride and an additive in a solvent to prepare a membrane casting solution; (3) extruding the hollow braided tube and the membrane casting solution through a spinning nozzle, coating the membrane casting solution on the surface of the hollow braided tube to obtain membrane wires, and then carrying out phase conversion on the membrane wires in a coagulating bath to obtain the braided tube reinforced polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber membrane; the improved polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber membrane has the advantages of excellent mechanical property, high peel strength, good water flux and strong hydrophilicity.
