titleOfInvention | Multifunctional clostridium bifermentans and application thereof |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of microorganisms, and particularly relates to a novel multifunctional clostridium bifermentans and application thereof in fermentation hydrogen production and acetic acid yield improvement. The strain is Clostridium bifermentans EZ-1 with the preservation number of CGMCC NO. 13913. The obtained bacteria can utilize glucose to produce clean fuel hydrogen and metabolic products such as acetic acid, butyric acid and the like. The addition of appropriate concentrations of nano-magnetite and ferrihydrite can modulate the metabolic pathways of the bacteria to increase acetic acid production. The microbial fuel cell tests show that the strain has the capacity of generating electricity, and the maximum current output density can reach 6.3mA/m 2 . The strain is the first reported multifunctional novel clostridium bifermentans, can be applied to biomass fermentation hydrogen production, acetic acid, butyric acid and other biological products, has the potential of electricity production, and has wide application prospect. |
