The hydantoin imidazole quaternary ammonium salt obtained by combining hydantoin and imidazole has a good corrosion inhibition effect on Q235 steel in a 6% HCl corrosion medium. Meanwhile, the synthetic raw materials of the 3-butyl-5, 5-dimethyl hydantoin imidazole quaternary ammonium salt are hydantoin and imidazole, the price is low, the industrial popularization is easy, and good social benefit and economic benefit are achieved.
