abstract | The invention discloses a 3-butyl-5, 5-dimethyl hydantoin imidazole quaternary ammonium salt and a preparation method thereof, wherein 5, 5-dimethyl hydantoin and 1, 4-dibromobutane are used as raw materials, and anhydrous K 2 CO 3 3-bromobutyl-5, 5-dimethyl hydantoin is prepared as an acid-binding agent;and then carrying out quaternization reaction with imidazole to obtain the 3-butyl-5, 5-dimethyl hydantoin imidazole quaternary ammonium salt. The hydantoin imidazole quaternary ammonium salt obtained by combining hydantoin and imidazole has a good corrosion inhibition effect on Q235 steel in a 6% HCl corrosion medium. Meanwhile, the synthetic raw materials of the 3-butyl-5, 5-dimethyl hydantoin imidazole quaternary ammonium salt are hydantoin and imidazole, the price is low, the industrial popularization is easy, and good social benefit and economic benefit are achieved. |
