abstract | The invention provides a composition for inhibiting tyrosinase activity, which is prepared only with three raw materials of rose, peony and rose, and the formula is simple. The raw materials used are widely sourced and cheap, which reduces the manufacturing cost. At the same time, the raw materials are all natural plants, which not only have low allergenicity, but also have no toxic effect on the human body; the compounded use of the above-mentioned raw materials can inhibit the activity of tyrosinase. When L-Tyr and L-Dopa were used as substrates, the inhibition rate of tyrosinase activity could reach 92.68% and 89.12%, and the median inhibitory concentration could reach 0.175mg/mL and 1.229mg/mL. The half inhibitory concentration of tyrosinase activity in cells reaches 0.201mg/mL, and the inhibition rate of melanin production in melanocytes reaches 40.21%; it also has the effect of scavenging free radical DPPH, and the half scavenging concentration reaches 0.043mg/ mL. |
