The invention relates to substituted polyetheramines having a low melting point, which can be obtained by condensing at least two N- (hydroxyalkyl) amines to give polyetheramines and subsequently reacting at least one remaining hydroxyl group and/or, if present, at least one secondary amino group of the polyetheramines with ethylene oxide and at least one further alkylene oxide to give substituted polyetheramines. The invention also relates to the use of such substituted polyetheramines in the field of cosmetic formulations, as crude oil demulsifiers, in inkjet pigment dispersions, in electrophoretic paints or in cementitious compositions and to methods in which said substituted polyetheramines are used in said field. |
