In some embodiments, the present disclosure relates to a method of preparing a graphene hybrid material by exposing a graphene precursor material to a laser source to form laser-induced graphene, wherein the laser-induced graphene is derived from the graphene precursor material . The methods of the present disclosure also include the step of combining a pseudocapacitive material (eg, a conductive polymer or metal oxide) with laser-induced graphene to form a graphene hybrid material. The resulting graphene hybrid material can be embedded in or separated from the graphene precursor material. Graphene hybrids can also be used as components in electronic devices, such as electrodes in tiny supercapacitors. Other embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the above-mentioned graphene hybrid material and electronic device. |
