The invention relates to a cross-linked porous membrane with hydrolyzed lipid-based side chains and a preparation method thereof. Firstly, the membrane material is copolymerized with butyl methacrylate, styrene, sodium styrene sulfonate, and p-chloromethylstyrene. Methylhexamethylenediamine is cross-linked, and then hydrolyzed under alkaline conditions to prepare nanoscale porous membranes. Utilizing the hydrolysis characteristics of the side chain butyl ester in the polymer under alkaline conditions, the space occupied by the original butyl ester in the membrane will be free after hydrolysis, and after hydrolysis, accompanied by the appearance of carboxylic acid ion-conducting groups, a large number of lipid bonds Hydrolysis increases the patency of ion transport channels within the membrane. This greatly increases the ion conductivity of the membrane. The nanoscale porous membrane prepared by the invention not only has good selectivity and battery performance, but also greatly reduces the preparation cost of the membrane, and is suitable for application in all-vanadium redox flow batteries. |
