titleOfInvention | Primer composition for detecting expression level of human-derived GRP78 gene and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a primer composition for detecting the expression level of a human-derived GRP78 gene and application thereof. The primer composition disclosed by the invention consists of a primer group 1 and a primer group 2; primer group 1 is used for GRP78 gene detection, and primer group 2 is used for RPL19 reference gene detection. The invention also relates to application of the primer composition in preparing a reagent for detecting the expression level of the human-derived GRP78 gene. Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme adopted by the invention can specifically detect the expression level of the GRP78 gene, thereby avoiding the interference of homologous genes; the detection sensitivity is very high; a fluorescent probe is not needed, and the design is simple; the detection process is accurate and efficient, the detection time is short, and the application prospect is wide. |
