abstract | The invention relates to a method for removing trace chromium in aluminum alloy sludge and simultaneously recovering aluminum products. The invention discloses a method for removing trace chromium in aluminum alloy sludge and simultaneously recovering aluminum products, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) firstly, adding acid into a reaction kettle, stirring at room temperature while adding a proper amount of aluminum alloy sludge, and continuously stirring for reaction for 1.5-2 hours to completely dissolve the sludge to obtain a solution; (2) adding silicon dioxide loaded sodium perchlorate-ethyl xanthate into the solution obtained in the step (1), stirring at room temperature for 40-60min at the rotating speed of 80-120r/min, standing for half an hour, filtering to remove the silicon dioxide loaded sodium perchlorate-ethyl xanthate to obtain filtrate, and detecting the content of chromium in the filtrate; (3) and (3) adding ammonia water into the filtrate obtained in the step (2), stirring and reacting until no precipitate is generated, filtering, washing and drying to obtain a solid, namely an aluminum product. |
