abstract A perovskite film preparation method based on electrochemical two-step synthesis, which uses a conductive material placed in an electrolyte as a substrate, and generates a lead film layer by applying a negative bias voltage on the substrate; then the substrate is placed in an amine halide solution and apply a positive DC bias or alternating voltage to obtain the required perovskite film on the lead film layer. The invention prepares the perovskite thin film material suitable for photoelectric devices such as solar cells through electrochemical preparation in a solution.
