abstract | The invention discloses preparation and application of an antigen epitope and an antibody of a gE protein of pseudorabies virus, wherein the antigen epitope sequence is shown as SEQ ID NO.1 or 2. The epitope can be recognized by a monoclonal antibody of JS-2012 strain (wild strain), but does not react with monoclonal antibodies of Bartha-K61 strain (vaccine strain) and Vero cells. The application of the antigen epitope in the drug detection reagent of the pseudorabies virus antibody enables the diagnostic antigen of the pseudorabies virus antibody to be prepared by a common chemical synthesis method, compared with a gene engineering expression protein as the diagnostic antigen, the synthetic antigen process is simple and convenient, and the purity is higher. |
