titleOfInvention Method for preparing mixed phthalic acid and calcium salt thereof from PTA secondary residue
abstract The invention relates to a resource utilization technology of chemical wastes, in particular to a method for preparing mixed phthalic acid and calcium salt thereof from PTA secondary residue, which comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving PTA secondary residue in an inorganic strong alkali aqueous solution, (2) dropwise adding a saturated calcium chloride aqueous solution into the mixed solution until the solution in the reaction bottle is yellow; (3) and dropwise adding an inorganic strong acid solution into the yellow solution until the pH value is 1-2. The invention has simple process, the yield of the mixed phthalic acid and calcium salt thereof is more than 90.0 percent, and the total content of the mixed phthalic acid is more than 98 percent.
