Composition for display sealing material, organic protective layer containing same, and display device containing same |
abstract |
The present invention provides a composition for a display sealing material, which has a photopolymerization initiator and a photocurable monomer, and the photocurable monomer includes a monomer not having an aromatic hydrocarbon group; and has two or more than two a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl monomer. The organic protective layer obtained by curing the composition for a display sealing material has a plasma etching rate of about 400 nm/min or less and a surface roughness of about 2 nm or less represented by Equation 1 below Degree: [Equation 1] Plasma etching rate (nm/min)=(T0-T1)/M where T0 is the rate at which the composition for display sealing material is applied to the substrate by spraying at 100 mW/cm2 The dose is the thickness (nanometer) of the sample prepared by UV curing for 10 seconds; T1 is the prepared sample at 2500 watts of ICP power; 300 watts of RF power; DC bias voltage 200 volts; argon (Ar) flow rate 50 standard milliliters/ minutes and the thickness (nm) after plasma treatment for 1 minute under the condition of a pressure of 10 mTorr; M is the time of plasma treatment (minutes); T0 and T1 are the thicknesses after removing the thickness of the substrate. |
