titleOfInvention | Application of sinapic acid in seed germination, root growth and seedling development |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of bioengineering, and particularly relates to application of sinapic acid in seed germination and seedling growth. The low-concentration sinapic acid can induce the accumulation of sinapoyl choline, promote the synthesis of sinapoyl acid esters and promote the seed germination and seedling growth; while high-concentration sinapic acid inhibits seed germination; the low-concentration sinapinic acid is specifically 0.1-1 mM sinapinic acid, and the high-concentration sinapinic acid is not less than 2mM sinapinic acid. In the application, sinapic acid anabolism related genes and ABA metabolism and signal transduction related genes are researched, a mechanism for cooperatively regulating seed germination and seedling growth by sinapoyl choline, abscisic acid glucosyl ester and the like in plants and detecting related gene expression is preliminarily disclosed, sinapic acid metabolism related mutants and abscisic acid metabolism and signal transduction related mutants are used as materials, and the theory is further verified by an experiment for detecting the seed germination rate. |
