titleOfInvention Synthetic method of waterborne polyurethane resin for water-based ink
abstract The invention provides a synthetic method of a water-based polyurethane resin for water-based ink, which comprises the following steps: respectively adding 20-30 parts of polyester polyol, 20-30 parts of polyether polyol, 2.5-7 parts of hexamethylene diisocyanate, 8-15 parts of isophorone diisocyanate and 0.04 part of catalyst into a reaction container according to parts by weight, and reacting for 1 hour at 75-80 ℃ to obtain a prepolymer; adding 3-4 parts of hydrophilic chain extender and 11-12 parts of acetone, and reacting for 2 hours at 70 ℃; adding 2.5-3.0 parts of triethylamine for neutralization reaction for 20 minutes, adding into 160 parts of deionized water 130-one for emulsification and dispersion after neutralization, and maintaining for 20-30 minutes; and then 0.7-0.9 part of micromolecular diamine is dripped for chain extension, the mixture is stirred for reaction for 1 hour, and acetone is removed in vacuum, so that 35-38% of waterborne polyurethane emulsion is obtained. The waterborne polyurethane resin for the water-based ink synthesized by the invention has good leveling property and color development property, high glossiness and excellent binding power to various nonpolar substrates.
