abstract | The invention discloses a multi-stimulus responsive shell crosslinked polymer micelle and a preparation method thereof, the polymer micelle is prepared by synthesizing an amphiphilic diblock polymer by ATRP and click chemistry reaction, wherein the amphiphilic diblock polymer takes polymethyl methacryate ethyl ester as a hydrophilic chain and polymethyl methacryate formyloxy ethyl ester as a hydrophobic chain, and after the polymer is self-assembled in water to form a core-shell micelle with uniform size, the polymer is crosslinked with N, N' -di (bromoacetyl) cystamine. The shell crosslinked polymer micelle has responsiveness to temperature, pH, light, oxidation and reduction stimuli, can be released under single triggering of different stimuli in the controlled release process of the drug, can realize the controlled release of the drug through common triggering of multiple stimuli, and has wide application prospect in the fields of controlled release of anti-cancer drugs and the like. |
