abstract | The invention discloses a latent thiol-containing self-crosslinkable resin, a cured product thereof, and a synthesis method. The method comprises the following steps: adding 1 mole part of a radical polymerizable epoxy compound into a reactor in turn, 1.01 ~1.5 mole parts of monothiocarboxylic acid, react at -5 ℃ ~ 50 ℃ for 1 ~ 24 hours, and then remove excess monothiocarboxylic acid through chromatographic column separation or reduced pressure evaporation to obtain a latent type that can be radically polymerized A thiol compound; 1 mole part of the resulting compound, 0.1 to 10 mole parts of one or more radically polymerizable epoxy compounds, one or more radically polymerizable compounds of not more than 10 mole parts, and 0.005-0.05 mole parts of photoinitiator or thermal initiator are mixed uniformly, reacted at 0-80 DEG C for 0.1-48 hours, purified and dried to obtain a latent thiol-containing self-crosslinkable resin. Add 0-0.3 mol part of accelerator to the resin containing 1 mol part of latent mercaptan and react at 60-300 DEG C for 1 minute to 48 hours to obtain a cured product. The resin obtained by the invention has low cost, good stability, low toxicity and high gloss, and can be used in the fields of plastics, baking paint, adhesives and the like. |
