titleOfInvention | Method for removing 2, 2, 4, 4-tetrabromobisphenol in water |
abstract | The application discloses a method for removing 2, 2, 4, 4-tetrabromobiphenyl ether in water, which comprises the steps of adding phanerochaete chrysosporium and rhamnolipid into the water containing the 2, 2, 4, 4-tetrabromobiphenyl ether to obtain mixed liquid; the mixture was shake-cultured to remove 2, 2, 4, 4-tetrabromobiphenyl ether from the water. Phanerochaete chrysosporium can secrete various extracellular enzymes, particularly lignin peroxidase enzyme activity (LiP), manganese peroxidase enzyme activity (MnP) and laccase enzyme activity (Lac), and the three enzymes have very good catalytic degradation effects on refractory organic matters. The biosurfactant rhamnolipid can effectively promote the enzyme activities of three kinds of extracellular enzymes including LiP, MnP and Lac, and promote the removal of the BDE-47 in the water body by the phanerochaete chrysosporium. The method has a very good removal effect on BDE-47 in the water body, and the removal rate reaches over 90 percent. Meanwhile, the rhamnolipid is an environment-friendly surfactant and does not cause secondary pollution to the environment. |
