abstract Embodiments of the present invention provide a semiconductor device including an active region, a gate, and a conductor. The active regions are spaced apart from each other. The gate traverses over the active region. A conductor is disposed over and between the active regions. Each of the conductors disposed between the active regions is disposed between adjacent two of the gates and has a portion overlapping with at least one corresponding one of the gates to form at least one capacitor.
