abstract | The invention discloses an extract of paris polyphylla alkaloid with an anti-tumor effect, a preparation method and application thereof, and solves the technical problem that no paris polyphylla alkaloid component is prepared and utilized in the prior art. The extract is prepared by extracting rhizoma paridis with acidic solution, alkalifying the precipitate, dissolving the precipitate in macroporous resin, and eluting with alcohol. The preparation method of the extract comprises the following steps: soaking rhizoma paridis in acidic aqueous solution, heating for extraction, filtering, adjusting pH of the filtrate to alkaline, centrifuging, and collecting precipitate; dissolving the precipitate with ethanol, adsorbing with macroporous adsorbent resin, eluting macroporous adsorbent resin column with water, 30% ethanol water solution, 50% ethanol water solution, and 70% ethanol water solution, and collecting 70% ethanol eluate; concentrating, and drying at low temperature. The extract can be used for preparing antitumor drugs. The invention has simple and convenient process and operation, and the obtained extract has exact anti-tumor effect. |
