abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a hydrophobic and oleophobic coating composition having good hydrophobic and oleophobic properties and further improved abrasion resistance, and a transparent film obtained from the composition. The hydrophobic and oil-repellent coating composition of the present invention comprises a first organosilicon compound (A) and a second organosilicon compound (B), and the first organosilicon compound (A) has a free end side bonded to a silicon atom. A fluorine-containing group having a perfluoroalkyl group or a perfluoropolyether group, and a hydrolyzable group, the second organosilicon compound (B) is a hydrolyzable silane oligomer, or a silicon atom is bonded to a fluorine-containing group containing A compound of a fluorocarbon group and a hydrolyzable group, wherein the second organosilicon compound (B) has a vapor pressure of 1 atmosphere or less at a temperature of 100°C. |
